This is a beginner class which moves at a gentle pace. We focus on simple movements and postures paired with the breath to improve mental wellness, flexibility, strength, balance and overall body/mind/spirit harmony. Learn to breathe naturally, calming your nervous system and reducing stress. Appropriate variations will be offered to students depending on needs and ability. Each class ends with a quite relaxation.
